Question: How many caricatures can you draw per hour?

Answer: Depending on the usual demand from a party full of lively guests, I can draw roughly 15 people per hour.. (that's people not individual drawings etc) ... so two people in love... three little party kids... or the bar staff of Faulty Towers...

Question: Will you travel to my Wedding or Party or is it too far?

​

Answer: Every year I travel to pretty much any location, such as a castle on a hill in Shrewsbury, posh wine bar next to a London tube station, family home for a Children's Party in Kent but anything more than 100 miles where I live in Solihull Birmingham West Midlands may have a minimal addition to the price. But your guests deserve the best right?

Question: Do you use A4 or A3 paper? And how do our guests get your life changing artwork?

Answer: All caricatures containing singles or couples are drawn on high quality A4 paper in around 4 minutes and presented to your astounded guests in glossy clear plastic sleeves.

(I can also work on A3 if there is a large number of people who wish to be on one drawing... but to draw everyone on A3 takes twice as long and guests dont like to carry a piece of wallpaper home. Also there may not be enough "elbow" room to mix and mingle on A3 paper ... still unsure then contact me!)

 

Question: Do you sit in a corner and wait or walk around attracting customers?

Answer: Being in a tight corner with a creaky easel and sitting waiting for people to come over is what you might have seen someone else doing at your last party or wedding but I usually find mixing and mingling means people can sit at the tables having a drink and relax whilst I work the room.

Each set up is different but I always find the right balance to keep your guests happy and stop them waiting in a large line to be drawn.

(This is what happens with artists who sit at easels on many occasions and do you want your guests sweating in a big line waiting?

Each venue requires an expert approach but in the majority of cases I will work the room and avoid hanging around in one place for too long to give your guests a bit of a performance and something to laugh about)
